Manager Paul Hamer with his Academy Under 7 Players

Our growing Academy will give your child the opportunity to play fun games, learn
skills and be coached as part of a future team.

The players in the Academy will also get chance to play occasional matches against
visiting teams.

The children in the Academy will consist of age groups 4 to 7 and 8 to 12.

The children in the 4 to 7 category will train with a coach for there particular age
group.

Under 5’s
Under 6’s
Under 7’s

Players who are in the 8’s to 12’s category will train together on Saturdays, if not
chosen to play for a team and will then train with their actual age group through the
week.

How the Academy works

8’s to 12’s Academy

Our Academy players aged 8 and above will mainly be new players during our first
year and Classed as a (Club Player). Players who register and train regularly each
week will have the chance of getting into the teams as (Team Players) may be ill or
away on holiday. This gives managers a chance to look at Academy players as well as
giving individuals a chance to establish themselves as regular team players in January.

Transfer Window (January)

Managers can pick up new players from the Academy of their age group, but must
ensure their squad remains at 14 players and under.
